As parents of two young kids, and being very coffee reliant, I’ve been looking for ways to lift my “baseline” energy levels. Tried this gum feeling sceptical but to my surprise it does actually work. I'm an early start worker and I noticed the lift it gave me chewing on the one piece, and my son also tried it and he too got the same result.

Take neuchu before work for a quick boost
I tried this spearmint gum before my runs. I eat regular gum which gives me no energy and the flavour is gone in 5 minutes. NEUCHU tastes wonderful and the flavour lasts over an hour. Great bigger size pieces is great too . No jitters or anxiety like you get with drinks nor drinking 500ms within the 20 minutes of a run which is too much fluid before running. My run was more enjoyable and I noticed my stamina was good.

I've purchased this before and I have elevated this to be a staple in my life now. I won't ever be without it. It's a cup of coffee in gum! Not the taste of coffee, but the caffeine effect. Here's why it's actually better than coffee: 1) It is absorbed through the mouth, so it hits your system faster 2) It's cheaper than a cafe 3) It doubles as a breath freshener 3) Backed by research (I did my reading) 4) Less messy when you put the leftovers it in your pocket (8 in a package). Here's why it's worse than a cup of coffee: 1) You won't get to chat to your barista 2) You don't get the enjoyment of watching the color change when you pour milk into coffee 3) Its weird to ask a friend out for a piece of gum.
I work full time. I go to uni full time. I like caffeine. This is caffeine. All the pros and cons of caffeine obviously apply to this gum. I'm on my 3rd box - going to order in larger quantity next time to save some money.
Caffeine delivery system in a gum. Twp pieces equals 100 mg of caffeine just about a medium cup of strong coffee. If you need a quick pick me up this is for you. Great for road trips, basketball, long workouts or some dreadful business meeting. They are minty and have a decent flavor and duration. You CAN taste some of the caffeine bitterness but it's not bad and it vanishes fast as the sweetener kicks in. I find they are a nice chew and deliver near instant caffeine via the mucous membranes. Don't go overboard. Too much of a good thing is, well, it's a bad thing. Staying awake and alert is one thing, having your heart burst out of your chest, run laps, do push-ups then explode is not so good. So use in moderation. This is a nice box with blister packs so you can pop out the gum. Best of all- if you need caffeine this gives you minty fresh breath versus coffee breath.
